These are replacement 10mm rivet male studs for Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) matting and flooring. Pack of 100 studs.

ESD bench matting is installed on work, assembly or factory benches in order to protect sensitive equipment from electrostatic discharges. Vodex ESD mats are produced from a dual layer design that has a dissipative material on the top and a conductive material underneath, ensuring effective protection from ESD for your equipment and products.

These 10mm studs allow the ESD bench matting to be grounded to other ESD grounding points. Degradation in the grounding stud can result in the static charges not dissipating property. Damaged or worn studs should be replaced.
