The E30 is a two pack, water based, Static Dissipative Polyurethane paint designed to withstand heavy traffic, whether that is people, pallet trucks or fork lift trucks. Two coats of E30 applied evenly over a sealed floor will offer many years of protection against static build up. E30 offers and inexpensive, yet highly specified means of protecting sensitive areas from the potentially costly effects of static build up. It also provides a means of grounding personnel.
We recommend ESD Flooring products be used as part of a larger Static Control Strategy.
E30 is easily applied and maintained and consists of two, pre-measured components. The paint can easily be applied using a brush or roller and two coats are required. Afterwards, painting equipment can be cleaned using warm water.
E30 has excellent chemical resistance and can be easily cleaned. The paint should be applied over a sealed, primed floor free from dirt, oils and grease and loose particles.
To properly seal the floor use our water based EMP131 2 part sealer/primer
first of all. This is essential if the floor is bare concrete and
recommended best practice for all other surfaces.
