Our DP400 compact dust busting machine is the perfect solution. The DP400 unit is a powerful yet compact dust extractor which has the advantage of digital speed control and a HEPA filter.
The DP range of dust extractors have been specifically developed for the safe and effective removal of dust, swarf and smaller particulates during processes such as routing, engraving, grinding and podiatry treatments. The DP 400 extractor produces 400 cu/m/hr of airflow at 100 mbar of pressure in a small compact unit which also includes a digital flow control.
One of the main advantages of the DP400 is the brushless pump used which is designed for continuous running with a minimum of 30,000 hours of use before needing to be serviced. The DP400 is quiet in operation and generates high vacuums. This system is very efficient at filtering small particles of dust as a large capacity F8 bag filter captures very fine dust and can easily be emptied and reused, also the main HEPA filter has an efficiency of 99.97% down to 0.3 microns.
