Vodex is pleased to be able to offer a new Fume Cabinet to their already extended range of Fume Cupboards and Fume Hoods. This fume cabinet is specially designed for use with high risk chemicals such as Hydroflouric Acids and Hot Alkali’s which are highly dangerous if not handled correctly.
Hydrofluoric acid is corrosive. It can cause severe burns to the skin and eyes. If it comes into contact the skin, you may not feel pain at once. Hydrofluoric acid is also highly irritating to the respiratory system and very toxic if swallowed.
The correct protection from exposure is very important, and this fume cabinet is designed for such chemicals.
