Wet Downdraft Tables offer a vital control process when applications produce combustible or potentially combustible dusts. Our range of Wet Downdraft Benches are primarily deployed in applications that use Magnesium, Aluminium or Titanium and similar metals.

Applications and Processes include:

By drawing any potentially, explosive or combustible particulates into the wet filtration system you completely remove not only the combustible properties of the dust or vapors but also eliminate any potential ignition sources, rendering potentially extremely hazardous applications as safe as possible.

Our range of wet downdraft extraction tables are heavy duty and designed for deployment in industrial manufacturing process and applications. They are constructed with Stainless Steel to avoid potential corrosion and contamination. After mist filters remove any potential moisture in the exhaust and as the water surface is open to the air there is no risk from Hydrogen build up as with an enclosed wet filtration system.

Each bench incorporates and drain system and most models include auto water level and auto wash down features, making maintenance, cleaning and changing the water quick and easy.
