Conductive Anti-Static ESD Carpet Tiles

A range of high quality, classic textured loop design conductive carpet tiles. They are very hard wearing and are made with tufted loop pile and come in a range of colours. These features make them ideal for offices or ESD/ EPA designated areas.

These tiles are fixed down with a conductive adhesive that must be used to ensure optimum results in controlling static build up.  Our ESD Carpet Tiles incorporate a conductive backing strip that means these tiles must be earthed to prevent static build up. Grounding is easy. A copper strip is laid in the adhesive and grounded to the building via the ESD grounding plug – all provided in our UK Grounding Kit.

Each box contains 20 tiles – enough to cover approximately 5 square meters.

• Leakage Resistance: 1 – 100 MegOhm (BS IEC 613405)
• Copper Strip supplied in 30m Rolls x 12mm wide for grounding. Earth Grounding Leads also available.
• Adhesive supplied in 12kg Tubs , coverage = 50 sq/m approx.

Minimum Order: x1 Box = 20 Tiles – 5 sq/m
