ESD T-Shirts

Anti-static polo shirts are the best and coolest way to stay static-free! The special cotton fabric contains 3% carbon fibres that make contact with the skin, avoiding the high static charges created by conventional fabrics. Within an electrostatic protected area (EPA), ESD anti-static garments should always be worn, especially in dry atmospheres. Anti-static polo shirts allow more freedom and more comfort than overalls or anti-static smocks and are fast becoming the more popular choice, along with our anti-static T-shirts.

Our ESD T-Shirts are EN 61340-5-1 compliant and supplied as standard in a 150g/m2 fabric which is made up of 96% Cotton and 4% Conductive Fibres. Lead times are typically 5-6 weeks.

Colours Available – White (W), Royal Blue (RB), Navy Blue (NB), Grey (GA) and Black (BK)

Lengths Available – Long, Medium and Short in both Unisex and Female styles.

Benefits: A build up of electrostatic discharge (ESD) can damage sensitive electronic components or give fire risks when handling solvents and other flammable materials.

These garments are perfect for use in electrostatic protected areas. Conductive fibres in garments work by preventing the static charge build up by allowing it to dissipate through the conductive fibres and go to earth via skin contact.

Recommended Cleaning Process for ESD Garments:

Machine Washable up to 60o C
Ironing at Low to Medium Temperatures
Do Not use Acid or Alkali
Tumble Dry at Low Temperatures
Do Not Bleach

Returns Exceptions

Goods that have had tags removed, been used, washed, altered and damaged in any way, will not be accepted for return or exchange. Goods that are returned after 30 days from Your order date, will also not be accepted for return or exchange. Goods that are Custom made and manufactured to order are non-refundable. Custom Goods are Products that have been altered or manufactured from its standard design and/or specifications, to meet customers individual requirements, (including but not limited to products such as: garments (including garments with embroidery) etc.
