Vertex – Modular Cross-flow System

Datasheet: Some dust extraction applications are too large for a downflow bench. For these much larger dust extraction applications we use Vertex, our modular cross-flow extraction system. Vertex draws large volumes of air sideways, past the operator, and into internal filters, returning clean air to the room. These modular systems can be installed together alongside our standard booth components to form a walk-in dust extraction booth. The unique Vertex modular system allows for rapid build and configuration; or construction of large extracted walls in very short timescales. Low energy fans allow us to move large volumes of air at low power. EC technology permits simple low voltage control, or central management. Single or three phase versions are available at no extra cost. Controls. Ranging from a simple on/off switch on a single unit to centrally controlled daisy chained systems for multiple installations. Speed control is available as a simple option. Every unit is fitted with a filter condition monitoring via a pressure loss gauge.   Vertex VA Modular cross-flow extraction systems offer eight different size options which can be configured to suit most application sizes. Vertex systems can also be supplied in a number of styles to suit a wide range of applications.
