The PRO500 dust and fume extraction unit is suitable for use in many applications such as laser marking or cutting, routing and industrial light dust/fume applications.

This compact yet mobile system incorporates a 9 pocket labyrinth high capacity bag dust filter, plus additional HEPA and carbon filter cartridges for sub micron dust particles and light organic vapour removal.

Two configurations are available:

A single “mobile unit” with fixed arm and hood, or with a 75mm hose-only side inlet.

A wide range of accessories are available to ensure dust and fumes are captured at source and before they are allowed to become airborne.

How it works.

The reverse airflow technology causes a fall in air speed velocity and an air direction change. Larger particles will tend to fall out of the air stream into the filter pockets causing less particles to enter the HEPA filter, therefore filter life is increased. The unit can be speed controlled digitally or via the remote control supplied as standard. The unit can also be connected and controlled by a 3rd party equipment via the 24v DC output cable.
