The KEMPER ProfiMaster is a market leading, robust extraction unit designed specifically for extracting welding smoke, fume and dust. The ProfiMaster is built for occasional to frequent use with low to medium amounts of dust and smoke.
The ProfiMaster is ideal for single user operation and is designed to be easily moved around the workshop.
The inclusive flexible exhaust arm and swivelling hood enables 360-degree positioning and ensures only minor adjustments are required during welding. The KEMPER ProfiMaster is IFA Certified, using a W3 filter and is suitable for extracting smoke and dust from welding high alloy steel. The ProfiMaster has heavy duty castors on its base making it a fully portable welding extractor.
The ProfiMaster has 2 stage disposable filters with greater than 99% efficiency. The multi stage filtration consists of a pre filter – with optional metal mesh pre-filter for weld dressing – and a disposable main filter cassette
